Year 6 - Dell Farm

Monday 29th January - Wednesday 31st January 2018

Year Six have just visited Dell Farm in order to carry out various out-door activities linking to their story of Kensuke’s Kingdom. They had to travel through different caves, build a shelter and start a fire. The children thoroughly enjoyed each of the activities and were superbly behaved. They worked well in their teams and despite the cold; they persevered in order to complete each task.

Each activity linked well to the story and children discussed how each activity related to what had happened in the story. This week they will be writing a persuasive text, using their trip to Dell Farm as inspiration.
