VI - Horseshoes & Mechanical Horses

The VI provision pupils had an exciting time at the riding stables on Thursday 3^rd February. They got to meet the farrier, whose job it is to put horseshoes on the horses' hooves. We couldn’t believe the size differences between the horseshoes.

One of our lucky pupils was also the first child at Chantry to ride the mechanical horse at the stables, he said 'it was amazing'!
