Schools' Linking visit

Year 5 were excited to be able to continue their Schools' Linking Project today when they were visited by their friends from Year 5 at Whitefield.

After already meeting up at Dunstable Downs back in October, the next stage of the project saw the classes coming together at Chantry to spend a day taking part in exciting activities! The children worked in groups to solve a photo treasure hunt around school, complete a team challenge involving marshmallows/spaghetti and to produce some delicious food items.

Throughout the day, both sets of pupils behaved impeccably, demonstrating a whole range of our shared values, namely friendship, humour, determination and acceptance.  It was so lovely to see all the pupils getting along so wonderfully and completing the activities with huge smiles on their faces. 

The children are now thoroughly looking forward to the next part of the project; a visit to Whitefield in March!
