Reception WOW - Sense-sational Day

Monday 16th October 2019 

It was Reception's Sense'ational WOW day! The children explored all 5 of their senses through moving from room to room and going outside. They absolutely loved learning about their senses and have found out that they use them all of the time! They enjoyed using masks to restrict their vision; telescopes and microscopes and looking through colourful glass. They tasted various foods or drinks and described what they liked or didn't like. They smelt different smells and loved playing instruments and listening to various sounds. They also loved touching and playing with messy, wet shaving foam to explore what was hidden beneath..... and many other things!
