Peter and the Wolf

Today, we made the short journey to the Hat Factory in the town centre to watch a terrific performance of the classic Peter and the Wolf tale with some of our younger pupils.

The show told the story of young Peter and his animal despising grandpa who were out camping, trying to keep the animals away from the camp-site. It didn't take Peter long to realise though that the animals were in fact his friends (even the wolf!) and he managed to convince his grandpa to let them in (and yes, they did live happily ever after!).

Our young attendees were superbly behaved and were even lucky enough to meet the cast after the show (who were very impressed with how sensible the children were being). Super work everyone!
