WOW Day – Post Man visit

As part of our Jolly Postman Topic the children started the unit with a great start!

The children had a visit from a special person.  They were really excited to meet him and ask about his job of being a post man. The children initially thought after posting a letter the post man collects from the post box and delivers them to people. Only to find that there is a process of sorting them into countries and post codes, they were amazed. The children learnt about the different transport used to deliver all around the world.
