Summer Term First Half – Nursery Minibeasts Wow Factor

This half term the children really enjoyed observing the change that our tiny caterpillars went through and then waiting for the chrysalises to change into butterflies. The children loved the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar and can confidently retell the story using some signs too. The children all had the chance to hold a butterfly if they wanted to and they enjoyed watching the butterflies fly away as part of our ugly bug ball fantastic finish.
