Nursery - Wow factor trip to Leighton Buzzard Railway

We went on a trip to Leighton Buzzard Railway as the wow factor for this half term’s transport topic. We travelled there on a double decker bus. A man called Ted greeted us and told us a bit about the history of the railway. Then we went on a train ride. After that we had a look in the engine shed before having a snack – the most important part of the trip of course! Then we took all our tired children (and parent helpers and staff!) back to Chantry and the children received a little goodie bag each.
