Nursery - WOW factor trip to Leighton Buzzard Railway

This half term our topic is ‘Transport’ so today we went by coach to Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway.

Despite it being a very windy day we enjoyed a lovely train ride and also had a look at some of the trains in the engine shed.

A few of the children were so worn out by our exciting morning that they had a nap on the coach on the way home!

We are enjoying learning the story of ‘The Train Ride’ at the moment. We are looking forward to finding out lots more about different types of transport over the half term.
