FRIEND or FOE

This term Year 6 are excited to learn all about World War Two.  They will be reading a new novel – Friend or Foe by Michael Morpurgo. 

To start them off, they have been finding out about what it was like for David to pack his belongings into a small suitcase and leave his mother behind.  Looking through an evacuated child’s case generated much discussion about what it would have been like. 

Year 6 are excited to find out more about World War Two!
