England versus Germany

Friday 10th November

A group of Year 6 pupils represented the school brilliantly this evening when they travelled to Wembley Stadium to watch the England football team take on Germany. The game was a friendly match, preparing the team for the World Cup that's taking place in Russia next year.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event, keen to take part in the cheering whilst soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. We didn't get the chance to see any goals, as the game ended in a 0-0 draw, but there was lots of fantastic action!

Well done to all the children who were involved- they were fab!
