Dentons Law Firm visit

It was an exciting time for a group of Year 6 pupils today as they headed to Central London to visit Dentons Law Firm! The trip was organised by our friends at Enabling Enterprise and was designed to give the children the chance to see how a real-life law firm runs (and not just any law firm but the largest law firm in the world!). We took part in the trip with some pupils from Whitefield and were treated to a tour of the site, before finding out about the different jobs that exist in the company. It was then time to start the 'tricky trials' activity- this involved the children acting as lawyers, either prosecuting or defending individuals that had been accused of crimes (fictional ones of course!). The children did a great job of working together, showing super listening skills and presenting their cases like pros...good job everyone.
