After School Care Club

The After School Care Club is a service that allows the children to socialise and play in a safe environment where they have a range of toys, games and activities at their fingertips.

When the school day is finished a member of staff accompanies all the children to the club.

The children are given either sandwiches, toast, baked beans, or cheese and crackers, and a wide choice of fresh fruit along with a drink.

Daily Routines and Activities

In breakfast club, children are always offered cereal and toast with juice or water to drink. There is often yoghurt and/or fruit available as well. After breakfast, children have the opportunity to play board games, to read or play with a selection of toys.  Children often enjoy helping to tidy up or just chatting to their friends until they walk across to school.

All children booked into breakfast club are escorted to their classrooms at 8:30am.  Children in Endeavor are accompanied to the Endeavour gate where they join their classes, alongside their peers.

All children booked into After School Care Club are collected from their classrooms and escorted over to the care club building.

Once in the after school club, they are offered a snack which could be either beans on toast, a sandwich, hot toast or cheese and crackers, there is also fruit on offer if the children prefer along with a choice of drinks, click here to see the menu. If your child stays for the second session then fruit is also on offer to the children along with another drink.

Holiday clubs take place during:

October Half Term

February Half Term

Week 1 of the Easter Holiday

Week 1 and 2 of the Summer Holiday

Booking and Payment

Parents are required to register for Care Club and must book and pay for all sessions in advance. We accept childcare vouchers from a range of employee childcare voucher providers, including Computershare, Busy Bees, Fair Care and Edenred - we can register for other providers if required and we encourage the use of childcare vouchers.

We encourage parents to book sessions as far in advance as possible, preferably half a term at a time. These childcare places are often in demand so it is essential that we know of any opportunities to offer places to other families throughout the year.

All bookings for After School Care Club, Breakfast Club and Wraparound Care are now made online through ParentMail, all bookings need to be paid for in advance this will then allow you to book your sessions.

Please note that children collected late will incur a charge for the next full session.

A higher rate of late fees of £3 per 15 minutes per child will be charged if children have not been collected by 6:00pm.
